In the weeks leading up to the Vigil, SOA Watch supporters across the country are mobilizing around the Day of the Dead on November 1st to commemorate the martyrs slain by destructive U.S. foreign policy. Activists in Seattle, Oakland, Tucson, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, and DC will be bringing SOAW's message to their local Day of the Dead events or creating their own.
